XJTAG is developed in Cambridge (UK) and it is supported worldwide, The XJTAG Development System is an established test suite with a range of software and hardware products that enable you to debug, test and program electronic circuits quickly and easily，whichcan help you speed up the design and development process and improve your debug and testing throughout the whole product lifecycle. The system works with devices that conform to the IEEE 1149.1 and 1149.6 boundary scan standards，and the JTAG adapter of XJTAG is USB 2.0

XJTAG Expert —Integrated JTAG boundary scan oscilloscope

JTAG Expert is the world's first portable Boundary Scan test solution that comes with digital oscilloscope, waveform and function generator, spectrum analyser and serial protocols analyser. JTAG Expert can easily and quikly test, debug and repair a wide range of circuit boards. 

XJTAGDeveloper—Advanced graphical interface

XJDeveloper is a graphical application that allows you to quickly and easily set up and run tests on your circuit. With XJDeveloper you can reduce your time to market by reusing your test scripts all the way through the product design process and then in manufacturing. And，XJDeveloper allows you to test a higher percentage of a circuit than most other JTAG solutions. It also provides you with more information about the location and precise nature of any faults that are found.

XJEase—Non-JTAG testing and programming

XJEase is the high-level test description language of XJTAG that provides you with all of the functionality, flexibility and control you require to create a JTAG solution.

XJEase has libraries to test and/or program many non-JTAG devices such as FLASH, RAM (all varieties), Ethernet, RTC, Video etc. Even if you have never used JTAG before, it is possible to create a fully functioning test system with no extra programming.

XJAnalyser—Graphical JTAG analysis and debugging

XJAnalyser is a real-time visual analysis and debugging tool for devices in your JTAG chain. By setting pin values and tracing signals you can quickly debug your boards, even under BGAs.

XJRunner—Boards tested at the click of a mouse

XJRunner is the run-time environment for executing XJEase tests. It is particularly aimed at board manufacturers and/or in-field testing, with additional logging, serial numbering and user management capabilities. The Layout Viewer can visually display the physical location of any faults that are found when running tests.

XJLink/ XJLink2—USB-to-JTAG interface

XJLink2 and XJLink are USB 2.0 to JTAG adapters that provide a high speed interface to the JTAG chain on a circuit board.

The small, lightweight, portable design is ideal for lab and field work. The self-contained licence allows you to use the XJTAG system on multiple machines.

XJQuad—Multiport USB-JTAG controller

XJQuad is a 4-port version of the XJLink2 USB-to-JTAG interface. It is supplied with XJRunner software for running XJDeveloper test systems. With a range of special features it is particularly suitable for manufacturers.

The XJDemo board and interactive tutorials have been designed to guide you through the process of learning and developing your first test system with XJTAG.

Integration with test executives

The standard .NET interface allows you to integrate XJTAG testing with test executives such as NI LabVIEW™, LabWindows™/CVI, or a bespoke application written in languages such as Visual Basic .NET or C#.

Chain Debugger

Chain Debugger is designed to help you troubleshoot a faulty JTAG chain. You can move JTAG signals, define the configurable pins in the XJLink header and save them.

XJIO&XJIO-PCIBoards

The XJIO and XJIO-PCI boards enable you to improve the test coverage for a Unit Under Test (UUT) by verifying the signals right through to the external connections.With a range of digital and analogue I/Os on the boards, you can improve fault isolation, verify power rail levels, and dispense with costly custom test jigs - even for non-JTAG boards.

PXI module

PXI XJLink2 allows the integration of XJTAG into PXI-based test systems. It has one configurable JTAG port, which provides a PXI interface to the JTAG chain on your Unit Under Test (UUT).

Customers in maintenance contracts have access to email and telephone support, release updates, a website login area, as well as promotional campaigns (Free Trial/Board Setup, new product discounts...). We can also produce customised versions of XJTAG and develop XJEase scripts to meet your unique requirements.
